Job Title: Senior Real Estate Marketer

Location: Opebi, Ikeja - Lagos

Job Summary

  • The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of the Lagos real estate market and demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Senior Real Estate Marketer to lead property marketing and sales initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, closing property sales, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into buyers and investors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market prospecting.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and corporate organizations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after property transactions.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate property transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive property sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and property advertisements.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Conduct property inspections and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry engagements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market, particularly residential and commercial property sales.
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in real estate marketing and sales.
