Job Title: Recruitment & Operations Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Recruitment & Operations Assistant will provide administrative and operational support across talent acquisition and business operations functions.
  • The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, supporting employee onboarding, maintaining records, assisting with office administration, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:

  • Support the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide periodic hiring reports.
  • Screen applications and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database.

Operations & Administrative Support:

  • Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility-related requests.
  • Support the implementation and documentation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations.

Employee Onboarding & HR Administration:

  • Assist with employee documentation, filing, and records management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and operations support.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and office administration practices.
  • ND or equivalent, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
