Job Summary

• The Shift Coordinator supervises all plant operations during the shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production while meeting performance targets.
• The role involves coordinating teams, monitoring equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Monitor production parameters and prevent downtime.
• Ensure efficient operation of kilns and mills.
• Supervise plant operations during the shift.
• Supervise field operators and support teams.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment reliability.
• Monitor performance indicators and report activities.

Key Requirements

• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial operations.
• Knowledge of cement production processes.
• Good communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or scientific field.
• Leadership and team supervision skills.
