We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experience Centre Officer (Digital Banking Sales)

Location: Festac, Lagos

Job Summary

We are seeking smart, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Marketplace Digital Experience Centre Officers.

Key Responsibilities

Support merchants with onboarding and resolve basic issues
Educate customers on the use of digital banking products
Drive transaction growth and usage of digital channels
Promote and deploy digital banking products such as POS terminals and payment solutions
Sign up and onboard new business customers/merchants
Participate in market campaigns and business engagement activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution
Must not be more than 26 years old
Candidates must reside in Festac or its environs.
Minimum of 1 year sales experience (banking or financial services experience is an added advantage)

Salary
N288,000 Monthly
