Job Position: Logistics Monitoring Officer

Job Location: Chevron, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery of customer orders.
• Assign and manage delivery riders or third-party logistics partners.
• Track shipments from dispatch to final delivery to ensure timeliness.
• Communicate delivery updates to customers and internal teams.
• Resolve delivery issues such as delays, failed deliveries, or incorrect orders.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, costs, and logistics activities.
• Optimize delivery routes and processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper packaging and handling of products before dispatch.

Requirements

• Good coordination and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with logistics operations.
• Attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
