Job Title: Sourcing Specialist (Oil and Gas, EPCIM, IOC/NOC)

Job Summary
- The role involves vendor sourcing, price negotiations, market research, supplier relationship management, and ensuring timely procurement processes that support business operations.
- The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and engaging reliable suppliers to ensure the organization obtains quality goods and services at competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to compare pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and process requests for quotations (RFQs), purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages.
- Identify and source qualified vendors and suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
- Resolve supplier-related issues including delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate sourcing and procurement records/documentation.
- Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
