We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IVMS Tracking Operations Analyst

Location: Head office, Lagos

Job Summary

An operational role focused on real-time fleet monitoring using GPS Tracking and camera surveillance, basic data entry, and adherence to control room protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Use Nova Applications, Excel, and SAP to analyze tracking data and generate reports.
Monitor and track assigned trucks in real-time via GPS systems.
Ensure compliance with company data security and control room policies.
Communicate effectively through emails, Teams, and other internal/external channels.
Handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
Record and manage timings for 250+ trucks per 12-hour shift.
Conduct live camera surveillance to verify vehicle, driver, and site safety.

Qualifications & Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, computer applications, and GPS tracking software.
Strong multitasking, time management, and communication skills.
1–3 years of relevant operational/monitoring experience.
Graduate in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Ability to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts with discipline and integrity.
