Caregiver (Home Experience)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join a professional care home team.
• The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a care home and be skilled in providing daily support and personal care to residents while ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with meals and daily living activities
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support mobility and basic physical exercises
• Follow care plans and safety procedures

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have previous experience in a care home (compulsory)
• Ability to handle elderly care and emergencies calmly.
• Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude
• Minimum SSCE qualification (healthcare certification is an advantage)
