Job Position: Human Capital Officer

Job Location: Ijesha, Lagos

Job Description

• The Human Capital Officer is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• The role focuses on managing employee relations, recruitment support, performance management, and ensuring compliance with organizational HR standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Support training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Participate in HR policy implementation and updates

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
• Professional HR certification e.g., CIPM, is an advantage.
