Job Title: Healthcare Marketer (Diagnostic Services)

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting laboratory and diagnostic solutions to hospitals, clinics, HMOs, corporate organizations, healthcare professionals, and individual clients.
We are seeking a proactive, result-driven, and relationship-oriented Healthcare Marketer to drive awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth for our diagnostic services.
The role requires strong communication skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to build lasting professional relationships that increase patient referrals and business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Support digital marketing and social media awareness campaigns where necessary.
Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare practitioners, hospital administrators, and key stakeholders.
Work closely with the laboratory and operations team to ensure excellent client experience and service delivery.
Organize health outreaches, wellness campaigns, and corporate health partnerships.
Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports, activity reports, and sales performance updates.
Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and awareness campaigns to healthcare facilities and organizations.
Ensure achievement of assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.
Follow up on leads, referrals, and prospective clients to drive service uptake.
Generate new business opportunities and increase client referrals for laboratory and diagnostic services.
Promote the company’s diagnostic and laboratory services to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, HMOs, and corporate organizations.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of hospital/HMO/corporate visits conducted
Conversion rate from leads to active clients
Monthly revenue growth
Client retention rate
Number of new client partnerships secured
Increase in diagnostic test referrals

Requirements & Qualifications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build professional networks within the healthcare sector.
Minimum of 2–3 years experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in diagnostics, laboratory services, hospitals, or healthcare organizations.
Strong understanding of diagnostic and laboratory services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital marketing knowledge is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Health, Biological Sciences, or related field.
Must be willing to travel for field marketing activities.
Target-driven and able to work independently.
Good presentation and client relationship management skills.
