Delight and Great Cleaning Service - Our client is a renewable energy company providing reliable and cost-effective solar power solutions to businesses and organizations. Their solutions help clients reduce electricity costs, improve energy reliability, and achieve sustainable operations.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Solar Sales Representative

Location: Nigeria (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract
Employment Mode: Commission + Monthly Retainer

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential customers, submitting proposals, and securing new solar energy projects.
  • We are seeking two motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Representatives to join our team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve a minimum target of 2 qualified clients / projects monthly.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity reports.
  • Conduct site visit arrangements when required.
  • Identify and generate qualified leads for solar energy solutions.
  • Prospect and engage decision-makers in:
    • Schools
    • Manufacturing Companies
    • Hospitals
    • Supermarkets
    • Hotels
    • Event Centres
    • High-energy-consuming business owners.
    • Commercial Businesses
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team during project assessment and implementation.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain customer relationships.
  • Prepare and submit solar proposals and quotations to prospects.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Minimum of 2 client acquisitions / projects monthly.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Previous sales, marketing, business development, or solar industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree.

Compensation

  • Commissions
  • N50,000 monthly retainer upon achieving the minimum target of generating and securing at least 2 paid clients / projects per month.
