Job Summary

• We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Pastry Cashier to provide excellent customer service, process sales transactions, and support the daily operations of the pastry shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
• Ensure pastry displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Welcome customers and assist with product selection.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Process cash, card, and electronic payments accurately.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage but not required.
• Basic numerical and cash-handling abilities.
• OND, HND, SSCE, or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
