Job Description

• Market and Sell the company’s fund investment products to individuals: Promote and sell fund placement products to individual and corporate bodies
• Wealth Management App Product knowledge: Stay up to-date on company treasury products and services to effectively communicate their value to the customers
• Wealth Creation Investment App Customer Engagement: Build relationship with customers , understand the financial needs and guide them on using the
• Promote digital channels adoption: They interact with existing and potential customers on using the company’s
• Customer Education: Educate customers on the benefits of the fund placements products, and guide them on how to utilize the company’s products and service their wealth maximization

Job Scope

• The officer is responsible for deepening investor’s relationships, exploring funding opportunities, and educating the customers on the numerous opportunities to grow their wealth by investing in the company’s wealth creation products within the provisions of the regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.
• The Fund Mobilization officer (IMTT) proactively sources for fund placements from individuals and corporate organizations using both the company’s offline and online channel in attracting customers to invest in the fund placement products.
• This role is highly competitive and adequately incentivized with commission and productivity bonus in addition to a base salary.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification.

Performance Metrics:

• Sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets for treasury products.
• Digital channel adoption: Increase adoption rates of the company's digital channels, particularly the Wealth Management app.
• Customer satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings through effective service delivery.
• Customer acquisition: Acquire new customers and grow the customer base.
