Job Position: Female Marketing Manager
Job Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives to increase revenue.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Promote the company's digital asset and financial services across relevant channels.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and ensure consistent brand visibility across digital channels.
- Create engaging and high-quality online content, including graphics, videos, promotional campaigns, and marketing copies.
- Generate quality leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and business engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing.
- Female candidates
- Demonstrable experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development and customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in digital finance, fintech, cryptocurrency, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
