Job Summary

• As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, creating memorable customer experiences that reflect our values. You’ll deliver outstanding service, drive sales through engaging product knowledge, and support a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every customer, ensuring their needs are met while embodying the shop’s values and activism spirit.
• Store Operations: Assist in day-to-day operations, including restocking, merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Sales & Targets: Drive individual and store performance by actively engaging customers, recommending products, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product ranges and brand campaigns to confidently share with customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE / HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
