Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth in Lagos.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies and contributing to overall brand performance in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolution of client issues.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, ensuring consistent product availability and visibility across the territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, coordinate roadshows, and participate in promotional campaigns to increase product awareness and boost sales.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, market activities, stock levels, and customer feedback to management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide actionable insights that support sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Lagos market to expand customer base and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Candidate must reside in Lagos.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and its distribution channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
