Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound online sales inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Promote products/services to potential customers and close sales through digital channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor online sales performance and report on key metrics.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and online sales platforms.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
