SnappyExchange is a customer-focused digital trading platform that enables users to trade gift cards as well as purchase airtime, data, and pay bills. We prioritize providing a seamless, user-friendly experience through our mobile app and website to make digital transactions effortless for our customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Morning and Night Shift)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls.
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Online customer management and ability to resolve issues.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Basic Requirements

• HND / ND / BSc Degree
• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Gender: Female.
• Age: 20-27 Years.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
