We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • A Project Officer is a vital support role that bridges the gap between project managers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • They coordinate daily activities, manage project documentation, track progress against milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project roadblocks and assist the project manager in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Communication Hub: Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, project teams, and clients by providing regular updates.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning project scopes, outlining schedules, and organizing meetings and milestone reviews.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Track timelines, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and budget expenditures.
  • Documentation & Admin: Maintain organized project records, document meeting minutes, and control document versions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: Typically 2-5 years of experience in project coordination in the construction industry or real estate.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management platforms, database management, and MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, strong critical thinking, and the ability to multitask.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 monthly.
