Overview

• The Retail Runner is responsible to provides support to the retail sales team in all aspects of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform any other tasks as assigned.
• Communicate with sales team to assure efficient customer service
• Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures
• Assist in visual merchandising of the store
• Stock all service stations with required items
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Retail Manager
• Prepare new items/deliveries for display in the store
• Assist the retail team in achieving optimal client experience
• Respond promptly to customers’ requests, communicating requests to sales associates as needed
• Maintain fitting rooms in between clients
• Transport merchandise from inventory to shop floor as required
• Prepare fitting rooms with requested items
• Maintain the ambience of the store
• Assist in labelling of items in the store

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
