Job Title: Entry-level Sales Representative

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports in CRM systems.
• Present and demonstrate ERPSoftApp solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Stay updated on ERP industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable ERP modules and services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software sales, ERP sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales.
