Job Summary

• This executive leadership role offers full ownership of business strategy, commercial performance, retail operations, dealer development, institutional sales, and overall profitability.
• As part of its strategic growth plans, the organisation is seeking an accomplished Business Head to lead one of its premium lifestyle and mobility business divisions in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive premium retail operations and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing commercial teams.
• Develop and execute a long-term business growth strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership for the business unit and drive sustainable growth.
• Own and manage the full Profit & Loss (P&L) for the division.
• Build and expand a nationwide dealer and distribution network.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor industry trends, and strengthen brand positioning.
• Develop institutional and corporate sales channels.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success managing P&L and driving profitable business growth.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• At least 5 years in a senior business leadership role.
• Strong experience in retail operations, dealer/channel management, and corporate sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 12 years' progressive commercial leadership experience.
