We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Head - Travel Agency

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Global Leadership / Founders

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute Nigeria growth strategy
Identify new revenue streams (B2B, B2C, corporate travel)
Achieve aggressive sales and revenue targets
Build and manage a high-performing local team
Develop strategic partnerships with airlines and corporates
Ensure compliance with local regulations.
Drive overall P&L for Nigeria operations
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals

Key Requirements

Established industry network
P&L management experience preferred
Strong sales and leadership experience
Nigerian national (mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills
5–10+ years experience in travel or aviation industry
Entrepreneurial mindset
