Overview

  • ?FMR Agency is recruiting a high-performing Head of Sales to drive aggressive revenue growth and market expansion for a fast-growing fashion and retail organization.
  • ?The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building high-performing teams, expanding distribution channels, and driving revenue performance across multiple sales segments. This role requires a results-driven sales leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • ?Ultimately, you will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a scalable sales organization capable of supporting business expansion.

?Key Responsibilities

  • ?Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
  • ?Build and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • ?Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen sales execution.
  • ?Develop sales forecasting models and revenue growth plans.
  • ?Drive expansion into new territories and retail channel
  • ?Lead negotiations for major deals and partnerships.
  • ?Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • ?Identify and penetrate new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • ?Develop and execute the company’s overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • ?Implement sales systems and processes that support scalable growth
  • ?Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics across the sales team.

?Requirements

  • ?Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • ?Proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets
  • ?Experience within retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors is preferred.
  • ?MBA or advanced business qualification is an added advantage
  • ?Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • ?5+ years’ experience in sales leadership roles

Salary
N1,000,000 Net Monthly + Performance Bonus.
