Job Title: Outlet Manager
Locations: Surulere, Lekki, Ipaja-Command, Bariga, Gbagada, Ikorodu, Festac, Abule-Egba, Ajah, Osapa London, Sangotedo, VI, Opebi - Lagos and Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within the outlet.
- Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and reduction of wastage.
- Train, coach, and motivate outlet staff to improve productivity and teamwork.
- Supervise and take full charge of the daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service deliveryEnsure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, appearance, and overall performance.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
