Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Locations: Ojo, Okokomaiko, Apapa, Festac, - Lagos

Role Summary

• Supervise field sales execution, coach sales teams, monitor performance, and ensure efficient product distribution across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and distribution efficiency.
• Conduct regular field visits, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on sales strategies, promotions, and route planning.
• Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Supervise and lead Van Sales and Van Delivery Representatives.
• Report competitor activities and emerging market trends.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and strict route compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Applicants must reside within or close to these specified locations.
• Age Bracket: 25 – 45 years.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, team management, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Guarantors: Must provide three (3) verifiable guarantors.
• Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
