Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc is the premier, largest and most profitable, non-aligned Primary Mortgage Bank in Nigeria. Abbey is one of the seven national Primary Mortgage Banks (PMB) licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN). The recent recapitalization exercise saw the downsize from 105 mortgage banks to only 34 now surviving. We not only emerged successfully capitalized but one of the few that also met our National obligation as well as amongst the public liability companies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Investor Relations Officer

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Support capital raising transactions and monitor market, shareholder, and analyst activities.
Lead investor relations and stakeholder engagement activities.
Coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, AGMs, roadshows, and market communications.
Ensure compliance with NGX, SEC, and other regulatory requirements while providing investor insights to Management and the Board.
Prepare investor presentations, annual reports, earnings materials, and regulatory disclosures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years' relevant experience, including at least 3 years in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Financial Reporting, or Capital Markets.

Professional qualifications:

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian capital market, financial reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
(ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIS, Or CIMA) are an advantage.
