Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily supermarket operations, ensure smooth workflow, and deliver excellent customer service while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations and staff activities
• Ensure proper product display, availability, and merchandising
• Monitor customer experience and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory movement
• Track sales performance and support target achievement
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in a relevant field
• 2 – 4 years of experience in supermarket operations
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service orientation
• Must live within or close to Apapa.
