Job Summary

• As customer traffic continues to grow,we are looking for a competent, motivated, and experienced Store Manager / Supervisor to lead our supermarket team, oversee day-to-day operations, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
As our Store Manager / Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee all supermarket operations, from opening to closing
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory team, and ensure timely restocking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment
• Implement sales strategies and meet daily/weekly targets
• Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management
• Enforce company policies, health & safety, and operational standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 2 – 3 years of proven experienceas a Store Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead (supermarket or retail experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Must be honest, reliable, and committed to delivering great customer experiences
• Must be resident in Ikorodu or willing to relocate.
