Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, persuasive, and result-driven Real Estate Marketer to promote and market the company’s properties and real estate services.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, attracting prospective clients, closing property deals, and increasing the company’s market presence.
- The candidate must possess strong sales and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and meet sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote the company’s properties and real estate services to prospective clients
- Generate leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, social media, and digital platforms
- Conduct property inspections and site tours with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into buyers or subscribers
- Prepare and deliver presentations on available properties and investment opportunities
- Meet assigned sales and revenue targets
- Maintain updated records of client interactions and property listings
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional activities
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
