About the Role

We’re hiring a Territory Sales Executive to drive sales and grow our presence across Lagos Mainland.
You’ll own your territory, build strong retailer relationships, and ensure our products are available and visible in general trade, supermarkets, and HORECA outlets.

Responsibilities

Report daily activities, orders, and competitor activity to the Area Sales Manager.
Visit 10-15 outlets daily following a planned route. Check stock, expiry dates, and shelf placement.
Take orders, introduce promotions, and resolve minor issues on the spot.
Collect cash / cheques and follow up on credit payments.
Onboard a minimum of 10 new retail outlets per month and secure initial orders.

Requirements

OND / HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
Must reside in Lagos Mainland or nearby areas.
2-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, beverages, or consumer goods.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on the road 6 days/week.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / month + Commission.
