Key Responsibilities

• Support client acquisition and business development activities.
• Identify and engage top talent to meet client hiring needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
• Work within a target-driven structure to achieve recruitment and sales goals.
• Provide talent advisory support to clients across various industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a social science-related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in sales, recruitment, and consulting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
