Job Title: Customer Relations Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Ikeja GRA - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • In this role, you will manage front desk operations, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure every client experience reflects the brand promise: Clean. Fresh. On Time.
  • Our client, a leading player in the drycleaning industry is seeking a warm, organized, and solutions-driven Customer Relations Officerto serve as the face and voice of the company.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Management:

  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Welcome walk-in customers and clearly explain services and pricing
  • Accurately log orders in the system and issue receipts/tickets

Order Coordination:

  • Track garment status from intake to delivery/pickup
  • Notify customers via call/SMS when orders are ready
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to meet delivery timelines
  • Manage special requests such as express service, delicate items, and alterations

Relationship Building:

  • Support marketing efforts with testimonials and reviews
  • Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback
  • Maintain and update database of regular and corporate clients
  • Drive customer retention initiatives (loyalty cards, birthday discounts, referrals)

Administration & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and proper handling of customer items
  • Submit weekly reports on customer count, complaints, and feedback trends
  • Reconcile daily cash, POS, and transfer transactions with accounts

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.

Skills:

  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Good numeracy skills for billing and reconciliation.
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools)

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
