We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Officer (Estate Management)

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a competent and proactive Facility Officer to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our residential estate at Life camp 4 and katampe extension 2 respectively .
  • The ideal candidate will ensure efficient facility management, prompt resolution of issues, and overall upkeep of the estate to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as water supply, power, and waste management systems.
  • Oversee security operations and ensure proper supervision of security personnel.
  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Supervise artisans, cleaners, security personnel, and external contractors.
  • Oversee routine maintenance of estate facilities including electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
  • Maintain records of maintenance work, expenditures, and facility reports.
  • Coordinate and monitor contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Respond promptly to residents’ complaints and maintenance requests.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Applicants residing within or in close proximity to Life camp, Abuja will be given priority.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • HND/B.Sc.Degree in Estate Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in report presentation
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • 0-1 years’ experience in facility or estate management.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.

Salary & Benefits
N150,000 monthly.
