We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the business
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
• Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Establish and enforce company policies and procedures
• Prepare and present performance reports to management.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability targets are met
• Supervise and coordinate department heads (Sales, Admin, Operations)
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• Proven track record in business growth and operations management
• High level of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 monthly.
