• 5+ years in marketing operations or logistics/admin with ownership.
• Google Workspace, Ramp, Docusign, spreadsheets, SaaS billing, AI.
• Event/conference production: venue, catering, AV, travel, logistics.
• Back-office finance ops: GL coding, payments, budget-vs-actual.
• Procurement, print, fulfillment: vendor mgmt, promo sourcing, shipping.
• Ferociously organized, deadline-driven; owner’s mindset; self-sufficient.
