Job Title: Entry Level Accountant

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Entry Level Accountant to support our internal finance team and assist with client financial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Organization: Maintain and file financial documents and tax records securely
• Financial Reporting: Support senior accountants with month-end and year-end closing reports
• Expense Managemen: Track petty cash, review travel/business expenses, and monitor budgets
• Transaction Recording: Post and process daily journal entries, invoices, and receipts accurately
• Reconciliation: Assist with bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or Sage is an advantage
• Must be resident in Abuja.
• 0-1 year experience. NYSC certificate/completion letter accepted
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Google Drive
• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• High integrity, keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills
