Description

• A Personal Assistant to the CEO is a highly trusted professional who supports the CEO with administrative tasks, manages communications, and organizes the CEO’s schedule to enhance their efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Book and manage complex travel arrangements
• Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
• Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
• Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
• Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
• Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive
• Exceptional planning and time management skills
• A qualification as a PA is advantageous.

• Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
