Job Summary

• Your role will be to creatively capture and transform these live moments into engaging digital content that showcases our professionalism, innovation, and guest experience.
• We looking for a creative and energetic Intern video Content Creator to help capture and create engaging content from the exciting events we manage across Lagos including:
  • Conferences
  • Summits
  • Weddings
  • Birthday celebrations
  • Concerts
  • Corporate and social events

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Collaborate with the team to align content with brand tone and goals
• Document behind-the-scenes moments, guest experiences, and key highlights
• Interact professionally with guests when creating content
• Assist with interviews, testimonials, and guest reactions
• Attend assigned events within Lagos to capture high-quality video content
• Suggest creative ideas to improve content visibility and engagement
• Edit and deliver content promptly after events

Requirements

• Creative mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content trends
• Student, recent graduate, or NYSC member
• Good eye for framing, storytelling, and video aesthetics
• Familiar with apps like: CapCut, InShot, VN and other mobile editing tools
• Experience in mobile video shooting and editing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be based in Lagos
• Available on weekends/event days when required.

Compensation

• N5,000 transport allowance per event covered.
• Basic Salary: N60,000 - N80,000 / Month.
