Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented Real Estate Marketer to join our growing team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, marketing and selling the company's real estate products, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be passionate about sales and customer engagement, and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with accurate information regarding property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct property inspections, site visits, presentations, and client meetings.
  • Convert prospects into buyers by providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Promote available properties using both online and offline marketing channels.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, clients, and sales activities using the company's CRM or reporting tools.
  • Generate quality leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, digital marketing, and field marketing activities.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate successful property transactions.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for the company's real estate products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Represent the company professionally while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The successful candidate will be evaluated based on:

  • Client acquisition and retention rate.
  • Revenue generated.
  • Property inspection and site visit conversions.
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Monthly sales targets achieved.
  • Timely submission of sales reports.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related discipline.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
  • Proven ability to generate and convert sales leads.
  • Good presentation and networking skills.
  • Customer-focused with exceptional relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
