Description

  • You should be equally comfortable reaching out to a marketing manager on LinkedIn as you are discovering talented creators on TikTok or Instagram.
  • This role is responsible for acquiring businesses, sourcing and onboarding content creators, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
  • We are seeking an ambitious, resourceful, and results-driven Growth & Partnerships Executive to lead user acquisition and marketplace growth.
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, identifying opportunities, and creating scalable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition:

  • Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
  • Research companies and identify key decision-makers for outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that generate qualified business leads.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, referrals, networking events, business directories, and industry communities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and partnership presentations.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage retention, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire businesses that can benefit from the platform.

Creator Acquisition & Community Growth:

  • Evaluate creators based on content quality, engagement, professionalism, audience relevance, and brand suitability.
  • Develop initiatives that improve creator engagement, retention, and referrals.
  • Execute creator outreach campaigns through social media, email, WhatsApp, and community groups.
  • Build relationships with creator communities, agencies, universities, and talent networks.
  • Identify, recruit, vet, and onboard high-quality content creators across different niches.
  • Proactively source creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Guide creators through onboarding and ensure successful activation on the platform.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Identify partnership opportunities that generate long-term value for the business.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with brands, agencies, communities, educational institutions, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry meetups.
  • Build mutually beneficial relationships that increase platform awareness and drive growth.

Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Test, measure, and optimize outreach campaigns to improve conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute strategies that accelerate business and creator acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve customer acquisition and user experience.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Recommend innovative growth initiatives backed by data and market insights.

Pipeline Management & Reporting:

  • Track the entire sales funnel from prospecting to conversion.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs, pipeline health, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads, partnerships, and outreach activities using CRM software.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Within your first three months, you will be expected to:

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified business prospects.
  • Secure strategic partnerships that expand platform visibility.
  • Successfully onboard businesses and active creators.
  • Consistently achieve agreed weekly and monthly acquisition targets.
  • Establish structured outreach and follow-up processes.
  • Deliver accurate performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building ability.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing business opportunities.
