We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative (NYSC)

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC (Place of Primary Assignment)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week

About the Role

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative who is currently serving in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
  • The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and passionate about building relationships and driving sales.
  • This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical sales experience while growing within a dynamic organization. High-performing candidates will have opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Must be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an added advantage but not required.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Lagos.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
