We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Partnership & Commercial Lead

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on leader to drive partnerships, events, leasing, and guest experiences across our Park.
  • We’re creating a destination where experiences, community, and commerce come together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial packages, pricing strategies, and partnership models that maximise revenue and utilisation.
  • Develop systems and processes to support business growth, pipeline management, and operational excellence.
  • Drive event sales and achieve revenue targets through weddings, corporate events, conferences, parties, and activations.
  • Own the end-to-end event lifecycle from lead generation and booking through to execution and post-event reviews.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, event planners, agencies, tenants, and strategic partners.
  • Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with event partners, brands, and F&B/retail tenants.
  • Design and launch memorable guest experiences, loyalty programmes, and seasonal activations that drive repeat visits.

Requirements

  • High levels of ownership, integrity, and accountability.
  • 4–7 years of experience in events, hospitality, business development, partnerships, or commercial management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing commercial deals.
  • Experience managing large-scale events and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Established network within Abuja's events, hospitality, retail, or corporate sectors is highly desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems and create opportunities from the ground up.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, negotiations, and partnership management.

  • N50M+ monthly event revenueHigh venue utilisation and tenant occupancy
  • Strong partner retention and repeat business
  • Positioning the Park as Abuja's premier destination for events and experiences.

Remuneration

  • Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission
  • Salary: N500,000 - N800,000 monthly.
