Job Summary
- We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer (Mobilization Officer) to join a reputable financial institution.
- Are you a high-performing business development professional with a strong background in deposit mobilization and revenue generation?
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand and sustain the customer base.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance, business pipeline, and revenue generation.
- Drive deposit mobilization and achieve monthly business targets.
Requirements
- Results-driven with a high level of professionalism.
- Must possess core financial industry experience.
- Must have verifiable transaction volumes managed.
- Hands-on experience with loan disbursement in Microfinance Banks (MFBs).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and deposit mobilization within the financial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong track record of achieving or surpassing financial targets.
Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 net Monthly.
