• Serve as MLRO (SMF17) for the UK entity.
• Oversee second-line UK financial crimes program (AML, sanctions, SARs).
• Manage suspicious activity escalation and reporting governance.
• Design and maintain the UK AML/financial crimes framework aligned to FCA UK expectations.
• Lead the Financial Crime Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP).
• Lead BWRA and control inventory; document results and governance priorities.

• Deep knowledge of FCA and UK financial crime regulations.
• Experience as MLRO or senior compliance leader.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Proven track record delivering compliant programs.
• Ability to coordinate regulator interactions, audits and responses.
