Staff Accountant

???? Description

• Manage month-end and quarter-end close; review journals and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements for global audits and subsidiaries.
• Maintain international subsidiaries' parallel books per local GAAP with reconciliations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, and S2P.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and tax reporting for auditors/regulators.
• Support India's liquidity management in coordination with Treasury.

???? Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent required.
• 3+ years accounting experience; Big 4 or fintech/SaaS preferred.
• Led month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• US GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS with SOX compliance knowledge.
• ERP experience: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle; advanced Excel.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and multi-priority management.
