• Define and evolve systems that shape how people perform, grow, and experience the business.
• Design and improve employee experience and ways of working.
• Own employee listening (pulse surveys, engagement insights) and turn data into action.
• Lead design and evolution of performance and progression frameworks.
• Improve fairness and consistency in performance reviews, calibration, and promotions.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve people processes and insights.

???? Requirements

• 8–12+ years’ experience in People / HR roles
• Strong experience across performance, engagement, employee experience and organisational effectiveness
• Experience implementing or improving HR technology, automation or AI-enabled solutions
• Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging constructively
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into actionable insight
• A practical, systems-oriented mindset with a focus on scalable outcomes
