Senior Civil Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for civil site projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs: underground utilities, stormwater systems, water lines, bulk earthwork.
• Support full bid lifecycle: bid prep, revisions, vendor/subcontractor outreach.
• Maintain organized estimating docs; ensure accuracy across concurrent bids.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve bid throughput and turnaround times.
• Work within estimating workflows; identify efficiency opportunities.

???? Requirements

• 7+ years estimating experience in civil site construction.
• Bid2Win (B2W) / Trimble estimating software.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience estimating U.S.-based construction projects.
• Knowledge of underground utilities, stormwater, water lines, earthwork.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, full-time role.
