• Be empathetic voice for production issues; communicate status, root cause, and resolution.
• Master IPF platform workflows (ED Boarding, Case Management, and related healthcare ops).
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data, reproduce issues, and verify fixes.
• Read and debug Python code to identify defects and guide root-cause analysis with Engineering.
• Document and track issues in Jira with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
