Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing loan products, facilitating loan disbursement, monitoring repayments, and developing strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
• We are seeking a results-driven Relationship Officer to source, assess, and manage loan clients while building and maintaining a quality loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly portfolio growth and disbursement targets
• Market and sell the organization's loan products to prospective clients
• Conduct client assessments and loan appraisals
• Facilitate loan processing and disbursement
• Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments
• Build, manage, and grow a profitable loan portfolio
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Follow up on overdue accounts and support recovery efforts
• Identify and acquire new customers through field marketing and referrals

Requirements

• Proven experience in loan portfolio management and loan disbursement
• Ability to meet targets and work in a field-based environment
• Experience selling financial or loan products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Microfinance, Fintech, Cooperative, or Financial Services
