Job Title: Field Sales & Business Development Representative

Location: DAT Mall, Sangotedo - Lagos

Job Description

We're looking for a results-driven Field Sales & Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Use Instagram and WhatsApp Business to generate leads and engage clients
Conduct field visits and business outreach
Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
Identify and close new business opportunities (restaurants, supermarkets, estates, corporate clients, churches, etc.)
Negotiate pricing and bulk purchase agreements

Requirements

Interested candidate should possess a B.Agric Degree with 2–5 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or FMCG
Must be mobile within the Lekki–Ajah–Sangotedo axis
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Self-motivated and able to work independently

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month + Commission
